This "Heads, Shoulders, Knees, Cone" drill is an excellent way to boost team morale and get athletes interacting and preparing their systems for a session. All you need are cones. Athletes should pair up and stand opposite a cone, taking one step back to get into an athletic position. The coach or a designated person sets the pace, calling out different body parts like "heads," "knees," "shoulders," or "hips". Everyone must touch the corresponding body part with both hands. When "cone" is called, the first person to grab the cone wins the round. This drill can be made more competitive by having the winner move to face a new person, introducing both competition and a fun way to keep things light.
